The Big Smoke

Cooking instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 220 degrees 

  • Your dough is wrapped in tin foil (this can be used to wrap around the crust if you like it soft)

  • Spoon over onion jam and roast potatoes mix 

  • Top with home smoked mozzarella

  • Bake for 6-8 minutes

  • Sprinkle on fried rosemary 

  • Lightly dust with burnt onion powder

We both started out working in the city - Ed at Bulb and Calum at Morgan Stanley - but we left The Big Smoke to make pizza with purpose. To provide those without food a warm meal.
