Our dough is made fresh with Shipton Mill stone ground flour, and left to prove for 48 hours - vital to the finished product's look, taste, texture and nutritional content. British Buffalo Mozzarella comes from Laverstoke Park Farm, all things fresh from Riverford Organics.
